I was born in the dry desert of Tucson, AZ.  I also lived in State College, PA for ten years and my favorite sports teams are Penn State, The Steelers, and The Penguins.

I have three daughters and my favorite thing to do outside of school is to spend time with my family.  I also enjoy hiking and relaxing at the beach.  I bowl on a competitive league once a week.

This is my first year teaching at Brassfield Elementary and I'm excited to work at a school where creativity and ingenuity are valued.  I enjoy using digital resources in the classroom and providing meaningful educational experiences through student choice and individual and group projects.
